CYY-W660 Wireless Non-Ferrous Metal Pyrometer with Large Display

CYY-W660 is a wireless large-screen infrared pyrometer designed for measuring the temperature of molten non-ferrous metals, including copper, aluminum, zinc, and other molten alloys. This device belongs to the wireless non-ferrous metal pyrometer series and is widely used in copper casting, aluminum casting, and general non-ferrous metal foundries.

In the non-ferrous casting industry, controlling molten metal temperature is critical for ensuring product quality. Molten copper and aluminum temperatures must remain within an optimal range to achieve proper fluidity, minimize casting defects, and improve production efficiency.

CYY-W660 features a large 5-inch LED display with character height of approximately 120-128mm, enabling operators to read non-ferrous metal temperature results from a distance and facilitating continuous monitoring in foundry environments. This device combines a handheld meter with a wireless transmitter and a large-screen receiver, eliminating the need for signal cables between the measuring gun and the display.

The CYY-W660 can measure the temperature of molten copper, aluminum, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals in: melting furnaces, induction furnaces, holding ladles, and pouring areas.

Fast measurement in 3-5 seconds; automatically wirelessly transmits stable temperature readings to the large display upon completion. An end-of-measurement alert notifies the operator when results are ready.

The CYY-W660 offers electromagnetic interference resistance, enabling accurate measurement of non-ferrous metal temperatures even while the mid-frequency induction furnace is powered on, without needing to shut down the furnace. This is a critical advantage for copper and aluminum foundries using induction furnaces.

The CYY-W660 can store over 1.000 groups of historical temperature data, supports data retrieval, offers printer selection, and enables computer connectivity. For non-ferrous metal foundries, temperature data can be used to verify measurement results, monitor the melting process, compare temperatures across batches, and manage worker measurement operations.

When placing an order, customers must specify the material to be measured (liquid copper, liquid aluminum, or liquid zinc) and the temperature range so the manufacturer can select the appropriate thermocouple configuration.
