Attach the measurement gun and connect the appropriate thermocouple for molten steel. 2. Power on the CYY-W330; the display shows the currently installed thermocouple type. 3. Insert the probe into the molten steel to a depth of 50-100 mm. 4. Wait for the indicator light and alarm to signal measurement completion (takes only 1 seconds). 5. Remove the probe immediately after completion. 6. Read the molten steel temperature on the LED screen—the device automatically holds the maximum temperature value.

The CYY-W330 can also measure molten iron, copper, aluminum, and other molten metals—making it a versatile solution for foundries that need to monitor multiple metal types.

The device features a durable metal housing with strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance.
