CYY-W600 Large-Screen Liquid Non-Ferrous Metal Temperature Gauge

The CYY-W600 is a large-screen infrared pyrometer designed for measuring the temperature of molten non-ferrous metals, including molten copper, aluminum, zinc, and other similar alloys. This device belongs to the large-screen non-ferrous metal pyrometer series and is widely used in copper foundries, aluminum foundries, and other non-ferrous metal casting workshops.

In the non-ferrous casting industry, controlling molten metal temperature is critical for ensuring product quality. Molten copper and aluminum temperatures must remain within an optimal range to achieve proper fluidity, minimize casting defects, and improve production efficiency.

CYY-W600 features a large 5-inch LED display with characters approximately 120mm high, enabling operators to read non-ferrous metal temperature readings from a distance and facilitating continuous monitoring in foundry environments. The device is wall-mounted and connects via cable to a length of approximately 25m.

The CYY-W600 can measure the temperature of molten copper, aluminum, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals in: melting furnaces, induction furnaces, holding ladles, and pouring areas.

Measures quickly in 3–5 seconds and automatically locks the stable temperature reading on the display once measurement is complete. An end-of-measurement beep alerts the operator when results are ready.

The CYY-W600 offers electromagnetic interference resistance, enabling accurate measurement of non-ferrous metal temperatures even while the mid-frequency induction furnace is powered on, without needing to shut down the furnace. This is a critical advantage for copper and aluminum foundries using induction furnaces.

Compatible with: Copper foundries, aluminum foundries, zinc foundries, non-ferrous metal smelters, non-ferrous metal melting furnaces, medium-frequency induction furnaces, and non-ferrous metal pouring areas.

When placing an order, customers must specify the material to be measured (liquid copper, liquid aluminum, or liquid zinc) and the temperature range so the manufacturer can select the appropriate thermocouple configuration.

The device is CE certified, features a full English control panel, and meets international standards.
